Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your jewelry or apparel in its original packaging, including all tags and pouches, to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking information handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items are inspected at our studio.
